Additional Information:

A small amount of finishing work is needed. It's all personal preference work, which is why it hasn't been done. What I like, everyone else might hate! So, light fittings, electric switches and sockets are currently very basic and have been left as is, for you to stamp your own personality on the house (brushed metal dimmer switches, for example, cost about £1.50 in any hardware store). Also, it's unfurnished and needs kitchen fittings. (I was looking at fitted kitchens in a shop in Yambol, prices start from around £200 for plain white, including stainless steel sink) Again, these are personal taste, so I have left alone. Heating and cooling is again personal preference as - for example - some people can't use air conditioning. Air conditioning will cost £1500 for the whole house. This is the most expensive method for heating/cooling. Other methods are cheaper. I have left the garden as is. I was thinking about a wall around the property and building a swimming pool for around £1000, but again, other people may not want this, so I've left alone for you to do with as you will.. The outbuildings and summer kitchen area have been left alone, as you may want to knock them down to make more room - or convert them to small holiday flats! (the land is regulated, so you can build, subject to approval) Keep the Walnut and Apple trees though, they're delicious!

Location:

Post office, shops, cafés and GP in village. Good local transport and infrastructure. Hunting, fishing, mountain biking, walking, water sports, historical monuments, mineral spa's and famous bird watching all in the local area. 1 hour drive to the nearest Ski resort, 50 minutes drive to Bourgas on the Black sea coast. 1 mile from the Rujitza Dam. 1½ hour drive to the Valley of the Roses, 10 miles to Turkey and 7 miles to Greece. Bourgas International Airport is about a 70 minute drive away and Mineral and Spa baths are nearby along the coast. Good mobile phone signal.
